Adhivakta Congress is a group of Congress ideological advocates.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The object of the Adhivakta Congress is the well-being and advancement of the people of India and the establishment in India, by peaceful and constitutional in which there is equality of opportunity and of political, economic and social rights and which aims at Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.

• To take necessary steps to improve and reform the judicial systems;

• To reform of advocacy;

• To protection and rehabilitation the rights of human beings and animals and provide legal aid assistance to deserving persons.

• The safeguarding and promotion of the rule of the law and to preserve and protect the independence of the Judiciary.

• To watch the state of law, progress of legislation and administration of justice and to take such steps as may be necessary for their progress and reform;

• To establish, run and maintain educational institutions, library, buildings or works to impart legal profession, etc.

• To organize charitable program, conference or seminars.

• To offer prizes and to grant scholarships to deserving law student/ professional.

• To publish legal news paper, journal or magazines etc.

• To promote welfare of the members of the association.

• To arrange for raising funds for legal aid and to do everything including applying of funds that may be necessary to that end;

• To adopt all such acts or steps as might be necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the aforesaid objects;

General Membership

Any person, who is interested to be associated with the society, no subscription fee will be taken from General Members.

Subscription fee may be changed on the recommendation of the Executive Committee (National), if it is approved by a majority of not less than two third of the present members of the Executive Committee (National) of the Society.
